Dan Vincent - Senior Vice President. Dan has over 25 years of health care experience in hospitals, medical groups, and health plans. Within that experience, he has 15 years in valuation and transaction services as well as 18 years in managed care finance and contract development/negotiation.  Prior to joining MDS, Dan was a director of health care CFO advisory and transaction services for KPMG LLP. Dan has also held positions as a principal of William M. Mercer, Inc. and as a director of medical economics at CareAmerica Health Plans and Life Insurance Company (now part of Blue Shield of California).

Mike has worked in healthcare technology for 20 years and has proven expertise in conceptualizing, developing and marketing new products and building organizational functions to scale with growth. Mike blends diverse operational leadership experience and strategic business analysis expertise in a variety of product, service, and care setting arenas. While with Bridge Medical (now part of Cerner Corporation), Mike created and developed the client services organization, served as VP of Business Development, and VP of Product Management. Mike held key leadership roles in marketing and client services with Nellcor Puritan Bennett and with Pyxis Corporation (now part of Cardinal Health).
